Write from the email address on your ABCD PTE account where you can — it lets us find your account without asking you a round of security questions first. We reply by email, and we will never ask you for your password.

We are a small team and we answer as fast as we can — we would rather not quote a reply time we cannot hold ourselves to.

2.What to put in your message

It saves a round trip, and gets your problem fixed on the first reply:

Something is wrong with a score or an item

• The question type and, if you can see it, the item.
• When you attempted it, roughly.
• What you expected and what you got. If a trait score looks wrong, say which one.

Billing, refunds or cancellation

• The date, amount and currency of the charge.
• Whether you want to cancel, be refunded, or both.

Your data

• What you want — a copy of your data, a correction, deletion of your audio recordings, or your account closed entirely.

What we hold and how we handle these requests is set out in the Privacy Policy. Data-protection matters go to the same inbox — put “Privacy” in the subject line so we spot them.

You cannot get into your account

• Try a password reset first. If that does not arrive, tell us the email address you registered with and check your spam folder before you write.

3.What we cannot help with

ABCD PTE is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pearson, which owns the PTE Academic test and its associated trademarks.

That means we cannot book, reschedule or cancel a real PTE Academic test, look up or change an official score, send a score report to a university or an immigration authority, or resolve anything that happened at a test centre. All of that goes to Pearson through their official channels.

What we can do is help you practise, and fix anything wrong with the practice.
