- Access starts when your payment is confirmed and lasts exactly 7 days (168 hours) from that moment.
- Access starts when your payment is confirmed and ends at the same time on the same date the stated number of months later, counted in UTC. If that date does not exist (for example 31 January + 1 month), it ends on the last day of that month.
- If you already hold a pass, a new one starts when the current one ends.
- Prices include any applicable GST or other tax. The amount shown is the total you pay; no tax is added at checkout.
- Unlimited mock tests for your own study. Resale and automated bulk use are not permitted. Ask Olly has a separate usage allowance.
- All passes are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. A queued pass that hasn't started yet can be refunded in full. 1-week passes are excluded from our voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee. 1-month passes have our seven-day money-back guarantee on your first charge: it can be used once per customer, and it ends once you've used any part of the service under that pass. 3-month passes have no voluntary money-back guarantee once the pass has started. 6-month passes have no voluntary money-back guarantee once the pass has started. Once you've used the service under a pass, no voluntary refund is available. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory consumer laws aren't affected.
- One account per student. Sharing an account between students is not allowed. If we confirm that more than one student has used an account, the account is banned and no voluntary refund is available, subject to your rights under mandatory consumer laws. We act only on documented evidence, after a review. Using several devices, shared Wi-Fi or IP addresses, travel or a VPN is not, on its own, proof of sharing.

What Premium changes
Two things: AI marking and Olly. Writing, Speaking and SST attempts cost real vendor calls to mark, so the free plan caps them at 10 a day and Premium marks every one. Ask Olly, your AI study coach, is a Premium feature.
What stays free
Every question type, every mock form, every report, the mistake bank and the section runs. Fixed-answer Reading and Listening are marked deterministically without using the AI marking allowance. Summarize Spoken Text (SST) uses that allowance.
